Terms of Service

Who we are. StayConfident is an independent software project built and run by Suresh Somu, an individual sole trader based in India — not a company. “We” and “us” in these terms mean that one person. You can reach us at hello.stayconfident@gmail.com.

How you buy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles all payments, billing enquiries, tax and refunds, and is the entity that appears on your statement.

By creating an account or using StayConfident, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for account security, lawful usage, and ensuring your use of the service complies with your local laws and with the policies of the organisations you meet with.

StayConfident is a productivity tool. It suggests wording; you decide what to say and you remain responsible for everything you say in a meeting. We do not guarantee that a suggestion is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.

Plans are one-time purchases of live meeting minutes. Minutes are spent only while a session is running, there is no subscription, and nothing renews. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. See our Refund Policy.

Accounts are for one person. Do not share credentials or resell access.

Acceptable use. StayConfident is a personal productivity tool for your own working meetings. Use it to keep your own talking points within reach while you present — not to break the law, not to evade proctored exams or assessments, and not to deceive anyone about recording or consent rules where you are. Do not use it where an employer, platform, or organisation you meet with prohibits assistive tools. Meeting that obligation is yours. We may suspend an account we believe is being used this way.

StayConfident may update product features, availability, or pricing. Material changes to legal terms will be published on this page.
